Your baby products are shipping securily and on-time
All the products on our website are new and will be produced at the moment of the order. We will dispatch your order within 7 working days after payment confirmation.
Due to this Covid situation it can happen that some raw material suddenly won’t be available immediately which can delay the delivery of your order in which case you’ll be directly informed. Nevertheless and based on our experiences in 2020 and 2021, this is very unlikely to happen.

Overall, for European countries you can count on a shipment within 8 working days. For
countries outside the European union, extra delays due to import custom may occur.
